In a society of stagnation (think: mindless scrolling to see what actual movers and shakers are up to), I can help you grow to your greatest potential honing in on attraction, intuition, and manifestation.

 

I have empowered thousands of young adults and adults through my teaching career by integrating self awareness and self worth into my curriculum. The feedback bas been wildly popular, and I know first hand it works.

 

After getting divorced 10 years ago, I practiced self care regularly and have experienced massive results in return. Today, I am a truly happy, healthy, heart-centered person. I am looking to get the same tips, tricks, and tools that helped me into the hands, hearts, and minds of those looking to change their lives, their relationships and the world with intentional living.

 

My deep desire to serve others led me to get a bachelor's degree in education and a master's in leadership and to become a certified yoga instructor and reiki master. I have been a lifelong learner and practitioner of mindfulness, life coaching and self care rituals. I am not your typical virtual guide. My energy, knowledge and unwavering belief in the power of self love and self trust will beam through the screen.
